Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what information Individuationing may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors. We aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Information You Provide

If you use a contact form, the site may receive the name, email address, subject, message, and technical information needed to deliver and protect the submission. Do not submit sensitive health, financial, identification, or crisis information.

Ebook Delivery, Newsletters, and Email Signups

When you request an ebook, subscribe to a newsletter, or join another email list offered by Individuationing, we collect the email address you provide and may also process information associated with the signup, such as the form used, confirmation status, signup date, IP address, and engagement with our emails.

We use this information to confirm your request, deliver the resource you asked for, send educational updates and related site content, maintain the security and integrity of the list, and comply with applicable email and recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber email addresses or other personal information.

Our email service provider, Kit, processes subscriber information on our behalf so that it can host signup forms, manage subscriptions, deliver requested downloads, send emails, and measure basic delivery and engagement information. Kit may process this information under its own privacy terms and as a service provider to Individuationing.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Unsubscribing stops future marketing or educational newsletters, although we may retain limited suppression, consent, security, or transaction records when reasonably necessary to honor your choice, prevent unwanted email, or meet legal obligations.

Technical and Analytics Data

The server, security systems, caching tools, and analytics software may process information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, and error data. This information is used for security, performance, troubleshooting, and aggregate audience measurement.

Cookies and Local Storage

WordPress and installed services may use cookies or local storage for essential functions, preferences, logged-in sessions, security, caching, forms, or analytics. Browser settings can be used to limit or delete cookies, although some site functions may then work differently.

Advertising, Google AdSense, and Advertising Cookies

Individuationing may use Google AdSense and other advertising services to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to Individuationing and/or other websites. Depending on a visitor’s location, consent choices, and applicable settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Visitors may manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors may also learn about choices offered by participating third-party advertisers at AboutAds.

Other third-party advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies or similar technologies when serving ads on this site. Their data practices and opt-out options are governed by their respective privacy policies. Where required, Individuationing will present a consent message that allows visitors to review or manage applicable advertising and cookie choices.

Affiliate Links and External Sites

Links to Amazon or other external services may include affiliate identifiers. External sites have their own privacy practices, cookies, tracking, and terms. Individuationing does not control those services.

Data Retention and Sharing

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security, backups, and dispute prevention. Data may be processed by hosting, email, form, analytics, security, backup, and infrastructure providers acting on the site’s behalf. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for the site or as otherwise permitted by their applicable terms and law.

Individuationing does not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site or its users, investigate abuse, enforce applicable terms, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing or educational emails at any time using the link provided in each email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted directly through the site, subject to legal, security, suppression-list, and backup limitations. Use the Contact page for privacy requests.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Policy Updates

This policy may change as the site and its services evolve. The current version published on this page applies.
